What you will do

• Write clean, maintainable, optimized, and modular code that enables efficient and accurate data pipelines.
• Work on advanced GenAI models (LLMs) to optimize marketing content, enhance engagement, and streamline processes.
• Apply supervised and unsupervised machine learning theory and models to solve business problems using standard libraries.
• Build end-to-end designs for one-step models based on a detailed understanding of business requirements, algorithms, and data sources.
• Independently conduct model performance evaluations, identify weaknesses, and recommend more sophisticated designs.
• Manage stakeholders with frequent communication, expectation setting, meeting deadlines, and maximizing business impact.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must have US work authorization, with E-Verify participation and I-9 work authorization confirmation required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, physics, engineering, data science).
• 6+ years of experience in industry or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency with Python / R and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain multiple data science projects in production environments.
• Extensive experience in advanced statistical techniques for A/B testing, experimental design, or causal inference.
• Working and/or theoretical knowledge of NLP and Transformers.
• Advanced proficiency in GitHub for collaborative development and cloud computing, specializing in big data applications and MLOps.
