Senior TA Specialist — EMEA
SWIFT
📍 London (Hybrid)
SWIFT connects 12,000+ financial institutions across 200+ countries, moving value securely and reliably around the world. As the organisation continues to grow, the Talent Acquisition team is scaling to support hiring across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
They are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring, build sourcing strategies, and contribute to global TA projects impacting the future of SWIFT’s workforce.
What you’ll do
— Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple EMEA locations
— Own the full recruitment cycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
— Build sourcing strategies and long-term pipelines
— Lead the offer process and create competitive compensation proposals
— Represent SWIFT at job fairs, industry events, and conferences
— Analyse hiring data and market insights to guide decisions
— Contribute to global TA initiatives, employer branding and process improvements
— Collaborate across HR to share best practices and elevate hiring standards
What you bring
— 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (RPO or in-house)
— Strong sourcing skills and expertise in competency-based interviewing
— Experience recruiting across EMEA
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
— Fluent English (French is a plus)
— Highly organised, autonomous, collaborative, and detail-oriented
