What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across multiple functions.
• Build technical and GTM hiring pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Own employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

• Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology startup.
• Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing).
• Proven track record of successfully hiring high-impact roles at scale, particularly in software engineering.
• Strong business acumen to deeply understand business challenges and identify talent creatively.
