What you will do
- Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across multiple functions.
- Build technical and GTM hiring pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Own employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve performance.
Requirements
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology startup.
- Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing).
- Proven track record of successfully hiring high-impact roles at scale, particularly in software engineering.
- Strong business acumen to deeply understand business challenges and identify talent creatively.
