What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance, high-throughput, and scalable backend services in a cloud environment.

• Ensure the health, quality, and performance of the codebase through design patterns and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and share domain knowledge across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record with high-performance, high-throughput services on cloud platforms.
• Experience driving end-to-end technical design for multi-quarter projects.
• Formal mentoring experience for at least 3 individuals.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
