Salary: $220,800–$331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area range)

What you will do

• Coordinate AI/ML infrastructure projects including pre-training, post-training pipelines, inference, and model serving stacks.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners to identify gaps and drive project timelines.
• Use data and analytics to track progress and measure impact of quality and efficiency programs.
• Manage risks and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery of key infrastructure projects.
• Communicate program strategies and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Preferred: 10+ years experience and 8+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience reading and/or writing code is a plus.
• English: Proficient English required (job posting in English, level b2 assumed)
