What you will do

• Develop and maintain treasury management strategies for fiat and digital assets.
• Model liquidity and cash-flow scenarios for long-term planning.
• Oversee all payments, daily treasury flows, and multi-currency transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee accounting processes in coordination with external partners and implement crypto-native accounting best practices.
• Deliver regular financial reporting to leadership and community stakeholders.
• Participate in governance forums as the treasury representative and align financial operations with ecosystem goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in crypto treasury management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain finance, custody tools, and crypto asset management.
• Background in payments, OTC conversions, and liquidity planning.
• Experience managing accounting processes for digital-asset transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in a distributed environment.
• Familiarity with compliance obligations across fiat and crypto.

Nice to have

• Experience with decentralized governance or DAO treasury structures.
• Understanding of community-driven governance processes.
• Familiarity with crypto accounting tools (Xero, Cryptio, Tres).
