What you will do

• Model CRM workflows using BPMN/UML and map business processes to Dynamics 365 entities.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test cases based on business needs.
• Support and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes through Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap planning and CRM strategy.
• Lead or support change management and CRM adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in CRM consulting or business analysis, focused on Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Advanced English proficiency for global communication.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, requirements analysis, and roadmap definition.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder management, and UAT.
• Experience working in agile, international, and multicultural environments.
