Business Analyst (Stibo STEP)

Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid 2x per week in the office)

What you will do

• Analyze and manage Stibo STEP PIM system functionalities including data modeling, workflows, and business rules.
• Gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and document user stories.
• Configure workflows, manage attributes, and set up data governance.
• Support integrations between Stibo STEP, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
• Prepare test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Produce user documentation and deliver training sessions to business users.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Porto with hybrid work (2 days in office)
• English: Fluent (C2)
• 5+ years experience as a Stibo STEP Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of PIM concepts and Stibo STEP functionalities.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with XML/JSON.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend, or SAP CPI.
• Stibo STEP or Business Analysis certifications.
