What you will do

• Support and oversee all HR processes end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
• Serve as contact person for managers and employees on HR and employment law issues.
• Collaborate with HR shared services to ensure efficient HR operationalization and introduce modern tools including AI support.
• Design and implement employee retention and motivation measures such as events and feedback processes.
• Promote corporate culture emphasizing agility, creativity, and team orientation.
• Participate in HR strategies and policies affecting the Munich location and international exchange.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
• 3-5 years professional experience in HR generalist or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law and traditional HR processes.
• Experience with HR shared service models and modern HR tools including AI is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and pragmatic, hands-on working style.
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
