What you will do

• Effectively manage designated search accounts, ensuring timely optimization and devising campaign strategies.
• Take responsibility for client and team deliverables, guiding junior members.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, GDS, and key suppliers, leading team communications.
• Lead and motivate junior team members, delegating workloads and providing coaching.
• Implement processes and practices to maximize operational efficiencies and identify improvements.
• Contribute to the development of strategic revenue and services opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in London, United Kingdom, with teams in the office around four days a week.
• Paid Search expertise with current certifications.
• Excellent knowledge of bid management, core PPC technology platforms, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical application of paid search and digital marketing.
• Ability to lead, promote continuous innovation, and foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Effective communication skills with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries.
