What you will do

• Design and manage digital customer engagement and marketing infrastructure to scale pipeline growth and revenue.
• Lead execution and monitoring of digital inbound campaigns with measurable revenue paths.
• Act as technical lead for marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce) integration.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns including organic and paid acquisition.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated demand generation strategies.
• Develop automated, personalized digital engagement journeys and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with at least 40% office presence in Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, or London
• English: B2 level or higher implied by job language
• Experience in SaaS scale-up environment with digital demand generation focus.
• Strong marketing operations and performance marketing expertise.
• Data-driven with ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports.
• Ability to work in matrix reporting structure and build cross-functional relationships.
