What you will do

• Lead and mentor a product team of 2-3 direct reports fostering innovation and operational excellence.
• Define and communicate a 12-18 month product roadmap for hotel distribution and channel connectivity platforms.
• Make strategic build vs buy vs partner decisions for platform capabilities.
• Lead product discovery with partners and internal teams, defining success metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Analyze booking and channel performance data to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management with 4+ years in B2B technology products, preferably in travel tech or fintech.
• 3+ years managing technical integrations such as APIs and channel management systems.
• Proven experience leading complex B2B product initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong technical understanding of API architectures, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with technology vendors or channel partners.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
