What you will do

• Architect and implement next-generation agent platform with high efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide unified interfaces for interacting with various LLM models from external providers and in-house researchers.
• Improve speed and quality of AI agent codebase and engineering processes.
• Build generalized agentic and AI evaluation systems for online and offline product evaluations.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers to ship products.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from San Francisco, United States
• 4+ years of industry experience in AI agent applications and platform development.
• Experience with tool calling, MCP, and context engineering in agent applications.
• Ability to design cost-efficient and reliable systems using different LLM models.
• Self-motivated with ownership of platform components.

• Experience with open source LLM post-training and evaluation.
