What you will do

• Lead architectural efforts to unify AI platform runtimes, tooling, and APIs powering Chatbots, Agents, and AI by hirify.global.
• Guide technical decisions on orchestration, execution flows, safety, and data model design.
• Provide oversight consolidating multiple AI runtimes into a single orchestrator balancing reliability and developer ergonomics.
• Partner closely with product teams to support migrations and translate product needs into platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards within the AI Capabilities team.

Requirements

• Must work standard Eastern Time (ET) hours at least three days per week for collaboration.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with large language models in production, including agent architectures.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLMs and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Proven impact in complex cloud-based systems and pragmatic judgment balancing innovation and production readiness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excited to use and advocate for AI as a core engineering tool.
