What you will do
- Conduct cutting-edge research in advanced language models, particularly in development, training, and ethical application.
- Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and apply them to your work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform research into evaluation metrics and product features.
- Research, build, and train AI models, with a focus on large language models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Participate in the publication of high-impact research papers and represent hirify.global at conferences.
- Ensure all research and development aligns with best practices and ethical AI implications.
Requirements
- Advanced LLM applied research: Experience fine-tuning agentic models and understanding context window efficiency.
- Expert-level programming proficiency in Python.
- Deep expertise in researching, building, and training AI models, especially large language models.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for remote and cross-functional teams.
- A Ph.D. or MS in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience building scalable applications with LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation and improvements.
