What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact alongside the Territory Account Executive in customer engagements.
• Empower and coach partner technical teams to effectively sell and scale their business with hirify.global.
• Review and validate sizing, quotes, and technical architectures to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Drive adoption of sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem.
• Coordinate technical enablement activities such as bootcamps, events, and workshops.
• Provide technical resource management and escalation support for partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland.
• Professional B2B experience in technical support, customer-facing, or pre-sales roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage, data management, and IT infrastructure architectures.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with fluency in both Polish and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales counterparts and channel partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
