What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotion roadmaps for local projects.
• Create and manage content including posts, video scripts, presentations, and newsletters.
• Lead digital and social marketing campaigns and SMM support.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams including designers, copywriters, freelancers, and agencies.
• Manage PR activities such as press releases, public announcements, and events.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, brand awareness, and reputation metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Poland
• English: Advanced proficiency required
• Russian: Advanced proficiency required
• 5+ years of marketing experience with proven success in strategy development and execution.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, project management, and digital marketing skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
