Location: Hybrid (Mauritius and selected European countries)

What you will do

  • Create engaging content (articles, social media posts, blogs) to showcase hirify.global as an employer of choice.
  • Lead recruitment marketing campaigns from concept to execution across multiple channels.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, adapting them for Mauritius and selected European countries.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate globally with internal stakeholders and external partners for consistency and impact.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment marketing and content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Proven experience in campaign management and data-driven optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
