What you will do
- Oversee daily IT operations ensuring performance, availability, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead and mentor teams responsible for ServiceNow administration, development, and support
- Manage ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and request management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows and deliver platform enhancements
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate platform upgrades, module implementations, and integrations ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements
Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT experience including operational leadership roles
- Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
- Proven ability to manage large-scale IT operations in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- ServiceNow certifications including System Administrator, ITSM, CSM, ITOM
- Very good command of English
