What you will do

• Co-create the strategy for the software development service offering.
• Participate in presales by understanding client needs, proposing architecture, and estimating efforts.
• Manage development teams on projects with a focus on delivery and technical ownership.
• Develop and enforce internal engineering standards, including code reviews and tool selection.
• Support sales and recruitment teams in selecting the right candidates for projects.
• Shape the company's tech identity and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in the IT industry as an Architect, Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, or CTO.
• Strong understanding of the full delivery lifecycle from brief to deployment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding business impact.
• English: B2 minimum required.
• Polish: C1 required.
• Experience with body leasing models is a plus.
