What you will do

• Build, train, and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) for automated code generation, UI design, and data synthesis.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to integrate AI models into platforms via APIs ensuring seamless backend and frontend interaction.
• Design and optimize data preprocessing pipelines tailored to business application needs.
• Enhance model efficiency for real-time application generation using techniques like quantization and pruning.
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques to improve platform capabilities.
• Deploy AI models into production using cloud infrastructure and containerized environments, implementing monitoring tools for performance tracking.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Dallas, USA.
• 4+ years AI/ML engineering experience with 1-2 years in generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and distributed computing.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher) required.

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or business application development.
