What you will do

• Lead design and development of UiPath automation solutions including AI Center and Document Understanding.
• Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models to enhance automation accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate workflows with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor RPA developers.
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automations via UiPath Orchestrator.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from the USA.
• 7+ years of application programming and analysis experience.
• Strong expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience with OCR technologies and API integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), Git, CI/CD, and DevOps.
