What you will do
- Build and lead the Ops Enablement & Analytics team, including hiring and development.
- Design and scale core operational workflows, routing, triage logic, and escalation systems.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve internal operational tooling.
- Lead automation-first operations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI frameworks, and forecasting tools.
- Build and maintain SOPs, reviewer guidelines, QA frameworks, and training materials.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety Operations, Risk Operations, or similar domains, including 5+ years of people management.
- Experience designing and scaling operations systems (workflows, automations, tooling, vendor programs, data models).
- Strong analytical and technical fluency (SQL, Python, data modeling, ML/classifier development).
- Ability to think in systems and simplify complex problems.
- Communicate with clarity and structure, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
