Salary: $228,130.00–$373,300.00 USD

What you will do

• Define software architecture for datacenter software and customer workloads.
• Lead the identification of workload optimization opportunities for compilers, tools, software libraries, middleware, and frameworks.
• Define customer workload optimizations leveraging platform software, industry software, and compilers and tools.
• Engage with major customers to understand use cases, application architecture, and critical performance metrics.
• Influence and drive technical direction across hirify.global and the industry as a principal engineer.
• Mentor other technical leaders, grow the community, and act as a change agent.

Requirements

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years experience developing or architecting workloads for cloud and data center.
• 5 years experience optimizing workloads for public cloud.
• 5 years experience directly working with customers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compiler technologies, performance libraries, and workload profiling.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Engineering.
• Experience with Cloud, Enterprise, and HPC workloads.
• Experience building AI solutions and using AI for development.
• Experience building end-to-end solutions.
