What you will do

• Lead software development projects with a focus on Mendix.
• Design and develop application templates, reusable components, and development guidelines.
• Implement governance rules, security compliance standards, and code quality controls.
• Operate and support Mendix Cloud, Control Center, and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).
• Deliver training, workshops, and community enablement sessions.
• Manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Tech Lead in software development projects.
• Solid hands-on expertise with the Mendix low-code platform (Advanced / Expert certification preferred).
• Experience working in agile environments and acting as technical mentor or agile coach.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Git, and AWS basics.
• English level B2 required.
