TL;DR

Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect (Cloud/AI): Guiding customers through the modernization of their infrastructure by leveraging hybrid IT solutions, including data center, networking, and public cloud, for modernized applications, data, and AI workloads, with an accent on aligning business objectives with technology requirements. Focus on identifying and driving sales for legacy infrastructure environments, building strategic relationships, and providing end-to-end service.

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (onsite with up to 25% travel)

Salary: $105,000 - $165,000 USD, plus incentives

What you will do

  • Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions and Services, including Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, and Managed Services.
  • Leverage Challenger Sales methodology and insights to customize solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new opportunities and execute strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Manage opportunities from assessing customer needs through closing deals and driving diversification.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors.

Requirements

  • English: B2 required.
  • 10+ years of experience successfully selling technology solutions in sales or technical pre-sales roles.
  • Proven track record in identifying and driving sales for legacy infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking within Data Center infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco product lines and strong expertise in Data Center, hybrid, and public cloud models (Azure, AWS, Google).
  • Adept at building and managing relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel frequently within a designated Sales District, up to 25% of the time.
