What you will do

• Lead complex IT projects and implementations with minimal supervision.
• Design and implement enterprise network architectures and hybrid infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and CFIUS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• Location: Austin, TX, United States
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Networking, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience or 5–6 years with a Master’s degree.
• Preferred certifications in AWS, Networking, and On-Premises Virtualization (VMWare, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
• Strong expertise in IT operations, cloud technologies, network design, automation, and security compliance.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and DevOps methodologies.
