What you will do

• Create and maintain customer cloud environments for operating the Aras PLM Platform.
• Work closely with DevOps, support, and development teams.
• Implement automation to continuously reduce toil for Customer operations using CI/CD processes.
• Introduce new technologies and deploy services to multiple cloud environments and regions.
• Provide technical expertise in the diagnosis and remediation of security and privacy issues of Managed Services offerings.
• Participate in on-call shifts as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in cloud computing, virtualization, and containers (Docker and K8S).
• Advanced networking knowledge, including Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting high-scale Production workloads.
• Monitoring systems and SLA tracking.
• English: B2 required.
