What you will do

• Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure supporting a global SaaS platform.
• Lead reliability and scalability initiatives across multiple teams and services.
• Identify and remediate systemic reliability issues to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with software and platform teams to integrate reliability principles and observability.
• Lead incident response efforts and conduct root cause analysis.
• Define infrastructure patterns, refine CI/CD workflows, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada (remote role).
• At least 7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering in production cloud environments.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, and GitOps tools.
• Experience with multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration and programming/scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters or hybrid cloud setups.
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD, Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source projects or reliability frameworks.
• Experience mentoring teams and promoting engineering excellence.
