Requirements

• Must be based in the US or eligible to work remotely within the US.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership in complex projects.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next, GraphQL) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
• Strong architectural skills with focus on scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across teams.
