What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve backend services that power AI and agentic capabilities.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic frameworks.
• Take ownership of features from ideation through release and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of AI initiatives.
• Proactively identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience in Java or Kotlin.
• Experience building and maintaining Java-based microservices in a cloud environment.
• Eagerness to explore new technologies and energized by continuous learning.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate proactively across teams.
• Self-driven attitude: you identify problems, propose solutions, and take ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n.
