What you will do

• Architect production-level ML workloads and end-to-end ML pipelines for customers using our unified platform.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale, covering the ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer voice and influence the product roadmap.
• Build and increase customer data science workloads and apply best MLOps practices.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers developing GenAI solutions, such as RAG architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales or post-sales).
• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructure supporting ML applications.
• Experience with natural language processing techniques, vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
• Experience working with Apache Spark to process large-scale distributed datasets.
