Sr Delivery Consultant (AI/ML): Leads the delivery of complex AI/ML engagements, designing and implementing advanced solutions leveraging hirify.global's AI/ML services with an accent on Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. Location: Working within the EMEA region, based out of the UK Branch.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML engagements.
• Architect and implement advanced solutions using hirify.global AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, driving best practices across delivery teams.
• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into measurable outcomes and clear delivery roadmaps.
• Drive innovation in applied AI/ML, contributing to methodologies and reusable solutions.
• Influence customer AI strategy through technical expertise and support pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in building large-scale machine learning or deep learning models and Generative AI model development.
• Experience in data and machine learning engineering and cloud-native technologies.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, or computer science.
• Strong experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/architectural trade-offs.
• Knowledge of data modelling principles, statistical analysis methodologies, and demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from complex, large-scale datasets.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Associate level certifications (e.g., Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional).
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
• Experience in using Python and hands-on experience building models with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet.
• Knowledge of the primary hirify.global services (EC2, RDS, Route53 & S3).
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
