What you will do

• Develop and maintain Java backend applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Work with AWS cloud services and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React or Angular technologies.
• Implement security best practices for APIs and data privacy.
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal
• Minimum 5+ years of Java development experience with Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of AWS, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and security best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular and Node.js/PostgreSQL is a plus.
