What you will do

• Define and implement the technical strategy for Performa, a neo-bank.
• Design and scale a high-load, secure, and resilient processing platform.
• Architect and implement integrations with banks, PSPs, crypto processors, and KYC/AML providers.
• Manage development, DevOps, and QA teams, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Form the technical budget and control technology-related expenses.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams, ensuring regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience building payment and processing systems from scratch.
• Deep understanding of crypto-fiat solution architecture, payment routing, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating with banks, crypto gateways, and AML/KYC providers.
• Knowledge of security principles (PCI DSS, ISO 27001), data protection, and anti-fraud mechanisms.
• Experience managing a distributed engineering team.
• Ability to think strategically and make product decisions with a focus on user experience.
