Что делать

  • Communicate with students and assist with course content and personal account issues.
  • Achieve set goals and KPIs.
  • Collect feedback from clients for production and social media teams.
  • Resolve complex cases during student learning.

Требования

  • Location: Hybrid work in Kyiv office
  • Experience in sales or client support for at least 6 months.
  • Good phone communication skills and pronunciation.
  • Ability to listen actively and ask questions.
  • Capability to handle negative feedback and close client needs.
  • Self-motivation and time management skills.
