What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution, and communication.
  • Work with customers' app development teams to troubleshoot SDK implementation issues.
  • Collaborate with CSM, Product, Engineering, and Partners teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Enrich the client Knowledge Base with relevant technical information.
  • Create and lead support improvement processes across the company.

Requirements

  • Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
  • 4+ years experience in SQL or other querying languages.
  • Experience in technical customer support with strong communication skills.
  • Mobile development or QA experience is a strong plus.
  • Passion for delivering superior client experience and problem-solving skills.
  • AI enthusiasm to leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.

Nice to have

  • Web/mobile marketing and digital advertising experience.
  • Ability to integrate, test, and troubleshoot mobile SDKs.
  • Understanding of REST APIs.
  • Data analysis experience.
