What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for AI and data products aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.
• Conduct thorough market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams for successful product launches.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and drive data-driven decisions.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote AI and data product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in technical product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI and data products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, AI-driven solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science, with a solid understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
