Frontend Engineer (AI): Building beautiful, intuitive, and performant user experiences for a B2B AI procurement platform with an accent on modern frontend technologies and domain-driven, event-driven architecture. Focus on designing scalable frontend architecture, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating in a cross-functional agile team.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin office or fully remote worldwide with preference for EU time zones and Spain

hirify.global builds an Agentic AI Procurement Suite that digitalizes and automates procurement processes to create efficient, transparent, and intelligent supply chain collaboration.

What you will do

Implement key product features in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Improve and maintain modular, scalable frontend architecture.
Participate in code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions to raise quality standards.
Mentor junior engineers and support hiring processes.
Engage in the full development lifecycle from exploration to deployment and monitoring.
Explore new tools to enhance performance, accessibility, and developer experience.

Requirements

3+ years of professional frontend or full-stack experience
Fluency in English, spoken and written
Strong skills in TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (Svelte a plus), HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and testing tools like Jest.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

Nice to have

Experience or interest in SvelteKit.
Understanding of design systems and UI architecture patterns.
Familiarity with accessibility best practices and performance profiling.
Experience with CI/CD, Vite, or monorepo tooling.
