TL;DR

Location: Fully remote worldwide (preference for EU time zones) or Hybrid in Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Implement core product features in collaboration with design and product teams.
• Maintain and evolve the frontend architecture to ensure modularity and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions to uphold quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical hiring processes.
• Explore new technologies to improve performance, accessibility, and developer experience.
• Engage in the full product lifecycle from early exploration to production monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a frontend or full-stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and state management.
• Solid understanding of modern web development principles, reactivity, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Jest.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SvelteKit or willingness to adopt it rapidly.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and performance profiling.
• Experience with CI/CD, Vite, or monorepo tooling.
