What you will do

• Collaborate within an Agile team including Software and QA Engineers to modernize software architecture and migrate to public cloud.
• Analyze product requirements for VoIP, PBX, and Call Center services and provide technical guidance to Product Management.
• Design and implement new product features in C++ following industry best practices and company coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, including root cause analysis and defect fixes.
• Create and maintain engineering product documentation.

Requirements

• On-site work in Tbilisi or Batumi, Georgia required 4 days per week
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with advanced OOD/OOP skills in C++ (including C++17).
• Strong understanding of networking and TCP/UDP protocols troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and debugging memory leaks.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VoIP telephony systems and protocols (SIP, RTP/RTCP).
• Experience with modern VoIP phones (Avaya, Polycom, Yealink, Cisco, Unify, Alcatel).
• Python scripting skills.
• Advanced Linux user experience.
