What you will do
- Develop compliance-first data architecture roadmaps aligned with regulatory and governance standards.
- Drive data modeling standards and review critical designs for scalable, well-governed data structures.
- Embed security and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7) into platform design.
- Mentor engineers on data modeling, optimization, schema design, and best practices for high-volume data systems.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or platform architecture.
- Strong expertise with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift), Airflow, and dbt.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security principles in healthcare data platforms.
