What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend architectures.
• Provide technical direction and leadership in frontend development, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
• Partner with clients to craft and deliver digital solutions, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, and Product Managers for cohesive delivery.
• Coach and guide Frontend Engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance frontend capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in frontend development and leadership roles.
• Hands-on software engineering experience using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON Web Token, and front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Experience with AI tools, Agile, and Kanban environments.
• English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required for international teams.
