• Drive development of complex backend applications ensuring high performance and quality
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into backend architectures
• Develop and maintain backend testing strategies and documentation
• Incorporate secure coding practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews for backend engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in Python and backend technologies including Docker, ORM, databases, and cloud platforms
• Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and backend testing
• English proficiency at least B2 level
