What you will do

• Drive the development of complex machine learning models, statistical models, and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for model reliability and stability.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of models, implementing best practices for optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers, for seamless integration and delivery of ML solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively integrating new solutions and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to ML Engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and strong understanding of statistics and applied statistical methods.
• Knowledge of (No)SQL, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization, version control systems (Git), and ML algorithms & frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with advanced ML techniques (time series, natural language processing, computer vision), MLOps practices, and Big Data technologies (like Hadoop or Spark).
