What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC) addressing complex business needs.
• Apply software engineering best practices (testing, deployment pipelines/CI/CD, observability) to the Salesforce platform.
• Architect and build integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
• Collaborate with business owners from Marketing, Sales, and Finance to translate pain points into technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business value delivery.
• Proficient communication skills to explain complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Europe, within a maximum two-hour time difference from CET.
• English language proficiency is required.
