What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Technical Project Managers delivering complex Data & AI projects.
• Ensure consistent application of delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across all engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery execution and financial performance for all Professional Services projects in the region.
• Drive operational excellence through governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource planning.
• Act as executive sponsor for key accounts, strengthening senior relationships and accelerating adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Architecture, Engineering, and Partner teams to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
• Proven leadership experience managing Technical Project Managers in cloud, data, or AI environments.
• Strong delivery ownership with ability to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI project lifecycles including cloud migrations and machine learning initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to support team leadership and customer engagements.
