What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve Torc ML frameworks and tools.
• Develop cloud tooling using Terraform, AWS Managed Services, EKS, and Ray.
• Work on data operations, including Parquet processing, vector databases, MCAP/ROS.
• Enhance ML development pipelines with Python, Ray, PyTorch, Lightning, and Gymnasium.
• Implement logging & aggregation, experiment tracking, and model registry & lineage solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience building with Ray and staying current with open-source software for machine learning at scale.
• Demonstrated experience building ML solutions that have reached production and comfort with the data science and ML iteration/lifecycle.
• Familiarity with compute and data platforms and understanding of how to build ML systems that scale.
• Commitment to building, maintaining, growing, and improving ML platforms with mature software practices.
• English: B2 required for collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and technical documentation.
