What you will do

• Develop scalable, resilient microservices in Go and Java/Kotlin for high-traffic systems.
• Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and performance improvements.
• Write and maintain high-quality unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Collaborate in code reviews, share best practices, and document knowledge.
• Participate in CI/CD workflows and deploy code using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend development experience with Go and Java or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multi-threaded systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and modern deployment pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written.
• Must be residing in Poland.
