Senior DevOps Migration Consultant (DevOps): Leading complex repository and CI/CD migrations for enterprise customers, focusing on automating end-to-end processes and establishing secure DevSecOps standards. Focus on designing robust RBAC structures, implementing automated migrations with full history, and integrating advanced security tools.

What you will do

Lead discovery workshops and develop comprehensive migration plans.
Design and implement RBAC structures and automate repository migrations (GitLab to GitHub), including full history, issues, and MRs.
Define and implement Harness CI/CD reference pipelines, templates, and OPA guardrails.
Integrate Harness with security tools like Snyk, SonarQube, and Artifactory for a secure supply chain.
Coach developers on Harness workflows and inner-sourcing practices.
Act as a trusted consultant and hands-on deliverer for stakeholders in enterprise transformation.

Requirements

Proven experience automating repository migrations GitLab → GitHub (including history/issues/MRs).
Production expertise with Harness CI/CD and STO.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform IaC, OPA, and secure supply chain tooling (Artifactory, Snyk, SonarQube).
Strong background in identity & access management (LDAP/Entra ID, SCIM, RBAC, audit).
Solid AWS & Azure skills (EKS/AKS, IAM, landing zones).
Polished consulting and stakeholder management skills.
