What you will do

• Define and lead the creative, technical, and long-term strategic direction of the game/franchise.
• Maintain full responsibility for the budget, revenue forecasts, and financial performance (P&L ownership).
• Oversee game development through all phases, from pre-production to live operations, ensuring alignment with strategy and publishing goals.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that meets technical and creative standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for scope, schedule, and financial decisions, including veto power.
• Identify and mitigate major production and operational risks, and drive commercial initiatives for revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in AAA video game production.
• Proven shipping experience across PC/console platforms.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Advanced business and financial understanding, including live-service models.
• Ability to define long-term vision and deliver against it.
• Very good command of English (C1).
